Tropicana Student Living is a leading provider of full service college residence halls and apartments to help students ease the transition from home to independent living. They are committed to building community, fostering relationships and enriching the college living experience for students while attending college.

Opportunity

The management and staff saw the benefits of implementing a stronger residential life program—increasing student satisfaction and tying residential experience and campus life together to build Tropicana’s popular brand.

Outcome

A new corporate identity and logo system were developed, retaining the unique character and theme of each property. A small but critical name modification repositioned Trop from being a provider of housing to offering students a real college living experience.
